Business-purpose lending only
Brookmont Real Estate Credit originates and arranges business-purpose loans secured by commercial and investment real estate. We do not offer consumer loans, owner-occupied residential mortgages, or any financing subject to the Truth in Lending Act, RESPA, or comparable consumer-protection regulation. All borrowers must be entities or individuals borrowing for business or investment purposes.
No commitment to lend
Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment, offer, or agreement to lend. All indicative terms — including loan amounts, advance rates, pricing, and structure — are illustrative, subject to change without notice, and contingent on completed underwriting, satisfactory diligence, third-party reports, and final credit-committee approval. A binding obligation arises only upon execution of definitive loan documents.

The credit parameters, loan programs, and ranges described throughout this site represent typical guidelines and do not reflect the terms of any specific transaction. Actual terms vary by asset, market, sponsor, leverage, and prevailing capital-market conditions. Figures are provided for general information and should not be relied upon as an offer applicable to a particular scenario.
Third-party and referral relationships
Certain financing may be arranged, brokered, or funded through affiliated entities or third-party capital sources. Where Brookmont acts as an arranger rather than the direct lender, the identity of the funding source and the applicable terms will be disclosed in the transaction documents. Brookmont may receive fees in connection with arranging or servicing financing.
Confidentiality of submissions
Information submitted through the Submit a Deal form or otherwise provided to Brookmont is used solely to evaluate a potential financing and is treated as confidential. Submitting information does not create a lender-borrower, agency, or fiduciary relationship, and does not obligate Brookmont to review, respond to, or act on any submission.
Jurisdiction and licensing
Brookmont conducts business-purpose commercial real estate lending in jurisdictions where such activity is permitted. Availability of specific programs may vary by state. This website is not directed at, and financing is not offered in, any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.
